Espaço onde todos os fluxos da metrópole se entrecruzam;&lt;br /&gt;. Abriga hoje (década de 2000) um maior número de atividades em seu espaço interno, diferentemente das décadas passadas.&lt;br /&gt;. Novos equipamentos, &lt;em&gt;homeworking&lt;/em&gt;;&lt;br /&gt;. Automação residencial possibilita uma maior flexibilidade dos espaços, assim como tende a otimizar seus usos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A partir destes pontos, e sob a luz do texto de M. Ou uma metáfora de uma estrutura que por ela só se basta, sem necessitar de recheios?&lt;br /&gt;O fato é que os pasteizinhos de vento acabaram-se rapidamente, não restando nenhum para type='text'>Seminário Asymptote</title><content type='html'>Devido alguns imprevistos de última hora, o grupo responsável pelo tema Asymptote criou um espaço adaptando-se às condições da sala de aula, em um intervalo de tempo bastante resumido.&lt;br /&gt;Como foi comentado, mesmo improvisado, o espaço montado mostrou direcionamentos bem claros de organização espacial e de exposição de idéias.&lt;br /&gt;No centro, um tótem criado com pranchetas empilhadas era suporte para uma fita contínua de papel cartão, refência à fita de Moebius.&lt;br /&gt;A continuidade da "fita" é um conceito que influencia nossas vidas até hoje, partindo das vanguardas modernistas do século XX, ou até bem antes.&lt;br /&gt;Mas o tótem também era uma possível leitura do projeto do edifício do Museu Eyebeam, projetado pelo Asymptote.&lt;br /&gt;O seminário foi apresentado com dois notebooks, em substituição do data-show, criando uma divisão espacial passando pelo centro da sala, gerando type='text'>seminário MVRDV</title><content type='html'>O seminário aconteceu na sala do bloco ao lado, onde os alunos responsáveis pelo seminário fizeram uma instalação utilizando caixas de papelão reutilizadas.&lt;br /&gt;A montagem do espaço, previamente pensada para o espaço das escadas do bloco das salas de aula, baseou-se nos princípios formais do edifício de habitações WOZOCO's.&lt;br /&gt;Outro fator importante para o conceito trabalhado foram imagens do universo pop europeu, que influenciam diretamente o trabalho do grupo.&lt;br /&gt;Para isso, utilizaram as caixas de papelão para criar volumes cúbicos que se empilhavam formando uma parede escultórica.&lt;br /&gt;Por entre esses volumes, as imagens do seminário eram projetadas, intercaladas por videoclipes de trabalhos do type='text'>seminários: Daniel Libeskind e Rem Koolhaas</title><content type='html'>Na aula anterior à semana de arquitetura tivemos dois seminários.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No primeiro, uma instalação inicialmente sombria caracterizava o espaço do seminário sobre &lt;strong&gt;Daniel Libeskind&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;A entrada se dava por um labirinto feito de plástico preto, sujo e com cheio ruim. Com a iluminação estroboscópica, os sentidos espaciais ficavam premeditadamente desorientados, para depois passarmos por tótens brancos, de formas simples.&lt;br /&gt;O espaço era claustrofóbico, quente e cheio de fumaça, com uma trilha sonora fúnebre e angustiante.&lt;br /&gt;Sensações bastante desagradáveis, mas plasticamente perfeitas para os temas abordados: a nova ala do museu judaico de Berlim (e tudo o que o holocausto pode ter significado) e a remodelação do World Trade Centre, em Nova Iorque.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As projeções das imagens e vídeos foram feitas diretamente na parede, não fugindo da rusticidade ruidosa do tema.&lt;br /&gt;O vídeo exibido inicialmente abordava os horrores do holocausto do início do século passado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dentre todas essas sensações e informações, fica a reflexão sobre abordagens arquitetônicas de temas e conceitos difíceis e emocionalmente fortes, e como essas abordagens se convertem em espaço construído.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A seguir, temos um trecho do vídeo captado pelo aluno Paulo, onde podemos ter uma lembrança do que foi o espaço com a instalação. type='text'>Seminário: Shigeru Ban</title><content type='html'>Konichiwa gosai masu!!!!&lt;br /&gt;A ênfase do seminário desta semana foi a atmosfera oriental: tradição e atualidade convivendo em sintonia.&lt;br /&gt;A entrada dava um primeiro indício do espaço: um arranjo silencioso, quase um altar, nos recebia para dentro do espaço do seminário.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img minimalista japonesa também esteve presente: o espaço do seminário foi dividido em duas partes, por uma vedação feita em tubos de papelão, material que nos direciona diretamente aos projetos de papelão.&lt;br /&gt;O principal material principal utilizado na composição deste espaço foi o papelão. Não sei se todos perceberam essa sutileza: o clima estava frio, com vento, e estavamos sentados no chão, isolados termicamente do frio pelo papelão que estava ao redor e sobre nossos corpos. Talvez seja muito óbvio falar das características de conforto térmico deste material, mas também é inegável que sentimos NA PELE suas propriedades.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 460px; HEIGHT: 436px" src="http://lh4.ggpht.com/arqhod/SO1LhMXqZxI/AAAAAAAAAJI/hkEPAbwtj54/s512/shigeru%2009.jpg" width="471" height="436" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O ambiente foi todo iluminado por pequenas velas que boiavam em recipientes de vidro, dispostos seguindo a linha da vedação de papelão. Do mesmo modo, a colagem de imagens era amplamente utilizada na produção dos trabalhos do Archigram.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img style="WIDTH: 263px; HEIGHT: 403px" type='text'>Artes Plásticas e conceitos atuais</title><content type='html'>A última aula pareceu bastante intensa, cheia de referências.&lt;br /&gt;Mas a idéia principal era entender como ocorreu o processo de &lt;strong&gt;desmaterialização do suporte&lt;/strong&gt; artístico na evolução das artes plásticas durante o século XX.&lt;br /&gt;Assim como mostrar que a imaterialização, ou ainda, a virtualização da experiência humana tende a tomar parte de nossas vidas de forma incontornável.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Falamos das vanguardas do início do século XX, das vanguardas do pós-guerra (1950-60) e do fim das vanguardas a partir dos anos 1970.&lt;br /&gt;Mas sempre ligados aos paradigmas de Castells, discutidos na primeira aula. Durante as últimas aulas, esses conceitos foram abordados sob vários pontos de vista: filosofia, metrópoles, habitação e artes plásticas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Assim, tivemos como objetivos nesta aula:&lt;br /&gt;. Entender conceitos atuais (paradigmas de M. Castells - ver texto no post da primeira aula), através de um entendimento de sua evolução das artes plásticas durante o século XX;&lt;br /&gt;.
